Dolly Parton's Imagination Library has been putting books in children's hands to encourage early literacy for 30 years.  Recent changes in funding have created a need for local fundraising to continue to add new children to the program.

Just $32 pays for a full year of monthly books for a child local to Onslow County. (Psst....that's the cost of a single new hardcover book.)

Here at The Lazy Daisy Bookshop and Lazy Daisy Events, we know the importance and value of early and easy access to books. That is why we are going to ensure every ticket sold funds a child's year of books, with half the cost built into the ticket price, and The Lazy Daisy Bookshop matching to fund the other half.
